Name: Eye of the Mind
Back Ground: Eye of the Mind is a natural talent to avoid danger on the basis of an innate 6th sense, intuition, or prescience, where accuracy of instinct has been augmented by experience somewhat overcoming the problem of visual obstructions that appear in the course of combat.
Stats: What are the different ranks, and what do they do?
Ex:
A: With the user's skilled eyes they can recreate their environment from memory when it's been stricken from sight. (By an Illusion, or from being blinded.) This allows them to fight in complete darkness, or even while blind with no penalty.
B: The User Gain a Rank up in agility when dodging something within their sight.
C:By observing other's reactions to an event the user can determine whether it's an illusion or not.
D: Even in fatal situations the user is able to calmly analyse the situation without fear clouding their mind.
