Name: Mystic eye
Back Ground: The ability for the user to instantly cast a minor spell or ability through their eyes. Spells cast this way are instantaneous and usually have no signs of activation. Only one spell can be bound to a person's eyes.
If the spell has required materials for it's activation it may no be attached to the eyes.
